JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – Front Desk

Summary
Citrine Health, a non-profit organization that connects women and their families to health care, social services, and disease prevention programs, seeks a part-time Front Desk Clerk. The perfect candidate not only has retail experience, but is also outgoing and would enjoy a women-focused, fast-paced and multi-faceted environment.

Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Create, maintain and continually change retail displays in Citrine Market & Bra Shop
  • Greet visitors, provide tours of facility, check-in students for class/services
  • Answer phones, appropriately route calls, and schedule appointments
  • Enroll and orientate new Wellness Center Members
  • Assist with sales in Citrine Market and Bra Shop and account for daily sales
  • Assist with traditional bra fittings
  • Maintain a clean, stocked and presentable facility
  • End-of-day closing tasks
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Specific requirements include:
  • Demonstrates strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, POS and Outlook
  • Experience working in Retail, Bra Shop, Spa or Fitness Center a plus
  • Desire to help
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus

POSITION INFORMATION
  • Location: 2940 W Marine View Dr, Everett, Washington
  • Reports to: Front Office Manager
  • Hours/FTE: Part-Time with pro-rated vacation & sick leave - including membership to Women’s Wellness Center
  • Pay range: DOE
