JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – FRONT DESK
Citrine Health, a non-profit organization that connects women and their families to health care, social services, and disease prevention programs, seeks a part-time Front Desk Clerk. The perfect candidate not only has retail experience but is also outgoing and would enjoy a women-focused, fast-paced and multi-faceted environment.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Create, maintain and continually change retail displays in Citrine Market & Bra Shop
Greet visitors, provide tours of facility, check-in students for class/services
Answer phones, appropriately route calls, and schedule appointments
Enroll and orientate new Wellness Center Members
Assist with sales in Citrine Market and Bra Shop and account for daily sales
Assist with traditional bra fittings
Maintain a clean, stocked and presentable facility
End-of-day closing tasks
Other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
Specific requirements include:
Demonstrates strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, POS and Outlook
Experience working in Retail, Bra Shop, Spa or Fitness Center a plus
Desire to help
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
Location: 2940 West Marine View Dr., Everett, Washington
Reports to: Front Office Manager
Hours/FTE: Part-Time with pro-rated vacation & sick leave — including membership to Women’s Wellness Center
Pay range: $14 or DOE
