Join Sabrina in this fun, interactive, and informative seminar on how the practice mindfulness can lead to a more focused, purposeful and directed life.
Through mindfulness, meditation, and movement, we can create the habits needed to step more fully into our goals, our relationships, and our lives. Interesting and powerful exercises will be Interspersed throughout the workshop.
What to bring:
- Notebook for journaling exercises
- Comfortable clothing (yoga at our chairs. We will not be getting on the floor)
