Services

Treat yourself to one of our relaxing spa services and melt away the stress of your day. Let our professionally trained specialists pamper your mind, body and soul, leaving you feeling indulged and refreshed.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the principle that a virtual map of the entire body exists on the feet, hands and ears. When specific thumb, finger and hand techniques are applied to these reflex points, nerve pathways are stimulated and cleared of congestion, reducing stress, increasing relaxation and bringing the body into balance. In addition to stress relief and deep relaxation, other benefits may include, pain reduction or elimination, increased circulation, natural detoxification, accelerated self-healing, balancing of the body’s systems, and an increased sense of well-being.

Massage

Massage is the working of soft body tissue and deeper layers of muscle to enhance function, improve circulation, aid in healing, and promote relaxation and well-being. Using various manual techniques, the massage practitioner applies pressure that reduces muscle tension and creates more harmony within your body.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. It involves direct application of Chi for the purpose of strengthening your energy system and helping you experience peace, tranquility, relaxation and revitalization. Reiki has been shown to help relieve pain and stress; promote healing; relieve anxiety, depression or grief; and restore balance.

Bowen

Bowen is a soft tissue relaxation technique that resets dysfunctional muscle tension patterns and supports the body in the healing process. It’s shown to be effective in acute and chronic conditions including migraines, neck and back pain, knee pain, tinnitus, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, ankle sprains, TMJD, carpal tunnel syndrome and more.

Emma's Exercise
"Outer and Inner Thigh Strengtheners"

This is also known as Abduction and Adduction.

How do you remember which one is which? I think of adduction as when something is being added. So, when the legs are adducting they are being "added" together and coming towards the midline of the body.

Abduction is the opposite movement-something is being taken away like abducted. So, when the legs are abducting it means they are being taken away from midline.
Hope that helps!
Comment below if you have any questions!

*In the beginning I cue to your standing leg is your L leg. It is actually your R leg. You're L leg is the moving leg.👍*
