Connections for Positive Change

Programs

We offer a variety of programs that provide access to health services, increase understanding and awareness about health options and promote long-term wellness. It is our goal to provide resources that help women and their families find the best options for their health. Making connections for better health is what we do.

FYI For those with food benefits (EBT/Basic Food), February will be the last month with extra benefits.

For those who need food benefits, call Citrine Health today to see if you qualify at (425) 220-1489 or (425) 299-4198.

#basicfood #snohomishcounty #communityresources #nonprofitIMPORTANT UPDATE: DSHS received federal approval to provide extra food benefits up to the maximum allotment for eligible for households for February 2023.

⚠⚠PLEASE NOTE: Due to changes in the federal law, emergency food allotments are ending in February and your food benefit amounts will decrease to your normal benefit levels beginning in March 2023. ⚠⚠

We understand this will have a significant impact on families and we are here to support you during this transition. We encourage you to find local resources at findhelp.org and to visit the SNAP Match Programs site to learn about matching funds to help stretch your food benefits and access more fruits and vegetables:

doh.wa.gov/you-and-your-family/nutrition-and-physical-activity/healthy-eating/snap-match-programs....

Also, if circumstances in your life have changed, you may qualify for a different food benefit amount. Call 877-501-2233, go to WashingtonConnection.org or visit your local Community Services Office to report changes in your household size, income or expenses, or to apply for additional assistance.

If you normally receive your food benefits on Feb. 1-2, you will see the emergency allotment amount on Feb. 2.

If you normally receive your food benefits Feb. 3-20, you will see the full amount on your regular issuance date.
