“How to Sit”
⚠️Before you start-figure out the position of your chair. You want to make sure you know where your chair is behind you. Set the chair up close behind you and do a test squat. ⚠️
Target muscles-core, quads, glutes.
Also, if you have knee concerns, please practice a version that works for your knees. Less is more and focus on the engagement of your quads-both directions! This means fire your quads as you are bending AND straightening your legs.
Try to feel your quads working to actually lift your knee caps.
