Emma’s Exercise
“Leg Stretch Series 1, 2 and 3”

Come down to the ground in the best way you can. Use a sturdy chair to hold onto to help get up and down. If being on your back isn’t for you, you can do this series in a chair. If you don’t have a yoga strap you can use a scarf, towel, robe tie, etc. If you dont have any of those items you can use your hands or nothing at all. You will still receive a nice stretch.

#2- Stretches the inner thighs
#3- Stretches the outer thighs
